The purpose of Leadership '97 is to impact the local church through an understanding of leadership.
Increasing your leadership effectiveness speaks of our heart to see the church equipped to serve, mobilize, and impact their constituency with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Women in Leadership: Church growth statisticians say that the average local church in America is comprised of 2/3 women and 1/3 men. Assuming that to be true, what role do women play in church leadership? The age old argument regarding women in positions of ministry and church leadership will be addressed from a Scriptural standpoint, with special attention given to contemporary sociological issues. |
Understanding Church Government: What does the Bible say about church government? Does it vary in churches of different sizes? What role do apostles and other ministry gifts play in bringing leadership and direction to local churches?
