God has designated the Church as the place
where His people gain sound biblical instruction concerning His
plan for all issues pertaining to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3).
In accordance with the biblical model of the church
as a learning center, Christ Church is pleased to present The School
of the Holy Spirit.
This unique school is intended to fill the gap that
exists in training people to appropriately operate in the gifts
of the Holy Spirit.
2 Kings 2:3 sets a precedent for such an academy
under the leadership of the prophet Samuel. This School of the Prophets
trained students in the ways and demonstration of God’s Spirit.
The School of the Holy Spirit at Christ Church is
dedicated to providing a spiritually charged academic environment
designed to assist students in identifying, activating, and properly
appropriating the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Through an atmosphere
of fellowship and training, individuals are mentored in charismatic
expressions.
Students of The School of the Holy Spirit at Christ
Church encompass a broad body of believers who desire to grow in
their relationship and experience with the Holy Spirit.
Students will examine biblical and extra-biblical sources to discover
the Person of the Holy Spirit and His role in their lives and the
church.
This course will provide an in-depth biblical study
of the gifts of the Spirit with special emphasis on each student
identifying and activating their spiritual gifts. Special workshops
and mentoring sessions will be provided to help students activate
and function using their gifts.

The content of each course is intended
to be far reaching, allowing believers of various experiences to
learn and acquire the material’s objectives. Thus, the target
audiences for the School of the Holy Spirit are believers who desire
to grow in their relationship and experience with the Holy Spirit.
Classes are offered on Sunday evenings
from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Enrollment occurs on a per semester basis.
