for developing servants qualified to lead in the local church. The courses
provide leadership training that can be applied to any aspect of the participants
lives as well as systematic Bible Study comparable to courses offered at
leading Bible Colleges. |

Who
Should Attend The Institute
|

If you're interested in
developing your knowledge of the Bible through systematic teaching, and
you don't have the time nor the funds to attend Bible College, the institute
is for you. Believers already involved in leadership roles in their local
churches will be able to fine-tune previously studied skills and mature
in their gifts and calling. Enrollment is open to the entire body
of Christ. |

The Director

David
Ireland, the senior pastor of Christ
Church serves as the Director of the Leadership Training Institute.
He is a strong advocate of education and disciplined study of Scripture.
Having earned a bachelor and a master's degree in engineering, he knows
the need for practical and systematic training, Pastor David also has a
master's degree in theological studies from an accredited evangelical seminary
and is currently a candidate for his doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in religion
and society. |
