Richard & Marguerita Gooding
Pastor Richard Gooding is an Associate Pastor who oversees the Quality
Assurance/Quality Control ministry teams, Adult School, Men's Groups and
Special Conference Projects. In his secular career, he is an assistant
vice president of a trading company. His occupation as well as his pastoral
responsibilities causes him to use his administrative, problem-solving, and
teaching gifts to help people fulfill their potential. He holds a Bachelors
Degree in Business Administration. His wife, Marguerita, who is also completing
an MBA, has established her career in the insurance field for many years. Blessed
with the gift to administrate and troubleshoot organizational quirks, God has used
her to encourage many through helping them discover their life message and become
purpose driven.

Joseph & Mercedes Rosa
Pastor Joseph Rosa is an Associate Pastor who gives oversight to the School of
the Holy Spirit and college ministries of Christ Church. In this capacity,
systematic training is organized throughout the course of each year geared
towards raising up people gifted in the use of the charismatic gifts. Prophetic
teams are trained and developed who can participate in prophetic presbyteries.
Pastor Joseph's proven prophetic ministry takes him beyond the boarders of Christ
Church to serve alongside of other prophets in Prophetic Presbyteries. He is the
founder and president of Strategic Technologies & Training, Inc., a computer
consulting and training firm. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
from Brown University. His wife, Mercedes, edifies the fellowship by utilizing
her teaching and pastoral gifts to counsel, teach and encourage the members residing
in their pastoral district. They are the proud parents of two children: Daniel and Charisma.
